Dr Rowan is a general practitioner who has been a partner at Ropata Medical Centre since 2008, and is now the practice’s managing partner.
Dr Rowan has qualifications from the University of Otago and Victoria University of Wellington, including:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc).
He is a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP).
